2 Weeks ago I set out on a quest to do 10 things in 10 days. This is the up date after 2 weeks.
My nails have stayed unbitten, today I had to file them. I have stayed off sugar, flour and all processed foods, not entirely a raw food diet as yet, but healthy all the same.
The rest of it has been not so great. My morning routine has melted back into what it was. My meditation etc has not been happening in the usual way. My reading has dropped off, as has my exercise.
I have been getting through my to do things, focusing on keeping up with what comes in each day and then using spare time to knock off things on my to do list.
Now it is time to review the rest.
Today is the 19th October. It has been just over 3 weeks.
My nails are still unbitten. I have stayed off Sugar, flour and processed foods still and feeling all the better for it. Mornings haven't yet come back on board. Meditation is intermittent. Reading is occurring regularly. Exercise has been scarce. Sleeping has been not so good with late nights.
Today is the 14th of November.
My nails are still unbitten, abeit the do spend a ridiculous amount of time in my teeth tempting fate to bite.
I have comfortably abstained from Ice Cream and other lollies etc.
I have stayed off Wheat and processed foods.
The desire to sleep is low. Exercise is still not happening. Mediation is more regular but the connection is weak from lack of connection with the regime. Reading is ok, but could be better. Still a few old habits to conquer that result in procrastination.
