For every interaction there is a consequence. If we look closely we will see we are entirely responsible for that interaction and for therefore the learning experience (consequences/karma) that will come from our choices. To live as a victim is a choice. To interact with our environment as a victim is a choice. I am going to explore what happens when I turn this responsibility into an advantage.
The first thing I need to do is look at the different situations where interaction occurs.
Food is an obvious one. Lets start there.
If I accept that I am an energy being and that all experiences I interact with are energy being also (note the difference between these two even though the wording is the same), then it is fair to say that if I take something in to my energy field, I will interact and it's energy will have an impact on mine abeit in most cases a relatively small one. However, what happens is we have 1000s of these relatively small ones and they accummulate in us.
Unless you have reached some level of awareness and awakening, then most of the time we intact food/energy without any thought whatsoever as to it's benefits us in terms of energy value. I am not here referring to calorific energy value of course, but it's energy signature.
What I am proposing to do is to assessed the food before I eat it. I am going to assess it based on 3 criteria. 1. it adds value to my energy field. 2. It subtracts value from my energy field. 3. My energy field will remain the same as it has a neutral energy value or is currently equal to mine.
The theory goes of course that if I were to eat fresh, it would be of value, but of course even fresh food has sprays and things. If I cook the fresh food I lose most of the nutrients, if the fresh food is several day old and in any form of decay then also the energy value of that food is negative.
So preparation and freshness are important factors. Obviously home grown, fresh out of the garden, or farmers market fresh veges that are picked and consumed in one or 2 days are ideal.
We can look at packaged goods. Some maybe neutral such as rice or rice crackers, or some forms of wholesome hand made mueslis or breads made from old grain or non grain sources.
The we can go further and look at other items particularly processed items where the energy value of the item is negative. Perhaps it contains chemicals or compositions that are harmful, or simply has no life left other than the originating mineral content of the chemical compositions of the components.
Being mindful of what you are taking in, can prevent you from automatically consuming negative energy foods and give you the space to make a conscious decision to consume it....knowing its energy status. If our energy field is used to sustain the life of the body, and we keep on taking in negative energy foods then we are effectively using up this life energy rather than adding to it.
There is more of course. The next thing to look at is our thought processes. Our emotions. Our actions which attract energy.
Our thoughts are real energy. These pass through our individual energy field and into the Common Field. These like food are a perspective of energy. So like food our thoughts have an energy value which will ADD, SUBTRACT or leave our ENERGY FIELD the SAME.
If we were mindful of our thoughts we could control what type of influence we had on our energy field and indeed the COMMON FIELD.
Next is our Actions. This is an interesting one because this is our interaction with the Common Field where we get a REACTION from the field rather than an INTERACTION.
Food is us taking from the common field into our individual field. Thoughts are us giving to the common field. Actions are us causing a reaction with the common fied so we receive from the common field.
Something like this. I have to think through it a bit more but it seems to gel, abeit it needs a bit more thought. I will add to it over the coming days to see if I can work through it, plus I will update you on my personal progress of
